World's Biggest Online Casino Critic off to Shaky Start
>>

March 13 - If there was an Award for the biggest
critic and opponent of online casinos, it
would undoubtedly go to US Senator Jon Kyl year after year.
The issue of online gambling and online casinos are never far from Kyl's
sites as he seems to have made it his mission in life to 'eradicate' online gambling
completely from the United States and make it a criminal offense.
Whatever happened to 'the land of the free'?
However, his latest attempt, and the first one this year, has failed and all of
us here at Top Gambler couldn't be happier!
Kyl apparently tried to 'sneak' in an anti-online gambling Bill as an amendment to Lobbying
Reform but was blocked due to the urgency of more pressing matters and its irrelevancy to the Lobbying Reform Bill.
The recent issue of US port control took precedent over Kyl's one-man
anti-online gambling crusade. However, busy little bee that he is, Kyl is
already back on track with a new
plan to attach his legislation to Senator Trent Lott's pending bill
S.2349-Legislative Transparency and Accountability Act of 2006.
Lets hope Senator Lott has sense enough to dispatch Kyl and send him back to his
corner.
We at Top Gambler would like to suggest that perhaps Senator Kyl would benefit
from some R&R, maybe in the form of some online Blackjack or perhaps even an
online video poker game or two.
