March 25 - Sportingbet - the online gambling firm has apparently found an amicable solution with Louisiana's district attorney. The firm stated that all related warrants that state police had issued were cancelled and the District Attorney now is now considering the matter closed.
Last yeah September saw the Louisiana State Police issue a warrant for Sportinbet's chairman - Peter Dicks. The charge was "gambling by computer." Dicks was later released by the US authorities.
Current news regarding Neteller's is that the company has signed an agreement with the US Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York, which outlines terms for the transfer of funds back to US customers.
Neteller group president and chief executive of - Ron Martin, stated that they will continue to be dedicated to the returning of funds to their US customers. Martin said there is Progress being made and this latest agreement is a milestone in the process.
Neteller is hoping that the process will see completion within 75 days.
