Names such as PartyGaming and 888 who have withdrawn from the US market due to the fact that they were publicly quoted. There are however other reputable online casinos but players need to make sure that they are credible online casinos.
The way that these casinos are paid could be a problem. The Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act intention is to halt the flow of online gambling money out of the USA, by dealing with the processing of gambling transactions.
There are however ways around this process to openly paying for online casino services. In many cases the process will be concealed and there is no clear legal status about this.
