April 25 - One of the leading online gambling software providers - CryptoLogic, has posted application for the de-listing of its shares from the Toronto Stock Exchange and the NASDAQ.
The decision is followed by the company's choice to transfer its head offices from Canada to Dublin, Ireland. This will enable the company to be closer to its increasing European customers.
The company has stated that a new company called CryptoLogic Ltd is likely to be listed on the TSX, NASDAQ and UK Official List in June 2007.
