March 15 - Neteller, the online gambling payment processor recently acquired the guidance of the world's biggest legal firm: Clifford Chance. It does not appear that the U.S. Department of Justice will be letting up even though Neteller's has been profoundly cooperative. It appears Neteller has now put it's foot down.
There are thousands of online gamblers that have yet to receive their money, some of which was confiscated by the Department of Justice while Neteller was apparently trying to respect withdrawal requests following the arrest of Neteller's non-active founders.
Neteller's founders, both of which no longer hold executive positions in the company are still waiting to hear if they will be criminally tried.
Neteller's shares on the London Stock Exchange are currently still suspended. Maybe now with their new legal representation, the company will be taking a stand to finally conclude this mess.
