| April 26 - Good news may be on the horizon for those who have missed the convenience of online gambling from the comfort of their homes.
Barney Frank, the U.S. House of Representatives Financial Services Committee Chairman has stated that he is to launch a bill that will stop the ban on online gambling.
He further stated that he dies not understand why anybody would think it his concern why adults would want to gamble.
The details of the bill are estimated to be outlined during a press conference on Thursday.
In the U.S, online gambling was banned last year with President Bush's legislation that outlawed online gambling related financial transactions. This prohibited financial institutions from making payments to gambling related sites.
Those in favor of the ban say online gambling addiction ruined some people's lives. Critics of the bill reject it as political.
