February 17 - Low cost UK-based airline,
Flybe, has announced that it will
shortly offer visitors to its website access to top online gambling facilities as a strategic
move to increase and improve its ancillary services.
Through a symbiotic partnership with reputable Finnish gaming operator PAF Group, Flybe's
website visitors will be able to enjoy such classic casino games as roulette and
blackjack, as well as poker.
PAF will run the day-to-day online gambling operation on behalf of Flybe,
as well as apply for and hold the necessary online gambling license.
Said Flybe marketing director, Simon Lilley, 'We are thrilled about being able
to offer a value-added service such as online gambling to potential Flybe passengers.
It forms part of our
ongoing effort and commitment to improve and increase our offerings via
innovative partnerships with dynamic third party companies.'
No stranger to 'thinking (or flying) out of the box', Flybe is also considering
plans to launch a duty free service for its passengers after they return from
their trips.
