just released its Dispute Resolution Report for 2007, which has revealed that 68
percent of complaints were resolved in the favor of players as opposed to the
gambling operators.
This is great news for online gambling fans based all over the world, because it
lets them know that when playing in online casinos or poker rooms that carry the
eCOGRA Seal of Approval, that they have a recourse in the event of a
disagreement or dispute.
According to the Dispute Resolution Report, in 2007 eCOGRA received a total of

dispute is under three days, in terms of receiving the dispute, speaking to all
parties concerned, and ensuring that some time of resolution to the issues takes
place.
